Heather Vacca Voccola received her Master of Arts degree in Theology from Holy Apostles College and Seminary in 2011. The single mom of two young-adult daughters, she has a deep appreciation for the dynamic beauty found in young people seeking God.
Immersed in the world of Catholic apostolates, Heather works as the executive assistant to the director of a non-profit organization and is an adjunct professor of Church history in the on-line undergraduate program at her alma mater. She can also be found behind the scenes at Navis Pictures, a Catholic children's film company based in Connecticut.
Passionate about her faith and her writing—especially when they intersect—Heather’s writing on the single life, parenting, and the Truth of the Catholic faith have appeared on-line and in many Catholic publications.
Contrition is her first novel.
